Introduction
These terms govern your use of SproutMemo. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. It helps you record growth measurements and compare them with WHO standards for children under 5. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Seek professional advice for medical concerns.
User accounts
The current service does not require an account and does not provide automatic synchronization. Account-based sync is planned for a future update. These terms will be updated before that feature becomes available.
Intellectual property
The site’s original content, design and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. WHO growth data retain their source attribution and applicable conditions; this tool is not endorsed by WHO.
User content
You retain ownership and control of your growth records. Records stay in your browser; using the tool does not grant us a license to publish or distribute them. You are responsible for keeping backups and reports secure.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service unlawfully, disrupt others’ access, attempt unauthorized access to systems or distribute malicious software.
Termination
Access to the service may be suspended or discontinued. Local records are managed through your browser; keep independent backups.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including loss of locally stored records. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
